Dr Tan is the medical director and resident physician of Balestier Medical Clinic. He obtained his first medical degree at National University of Malaysia in 2014. He spent few years in Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and have special interest in treating women with gynaecological conditions and couples with subfertility. Throughout his practice in obstetrics and gynaecology department he had published a few research papers in international journal and awarded SingHealth best medical officer award in 2018. He is also elected as Member of Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology United Kingdom till present.
He is experienced in managing paediatric, adult and geriatric patient and practice in primary care for years. He has special interest in manage chronic conditions which include hypertension, diabetes , gout , obesity etc. He obtained accreditation for basic obesity management conducted by Singapore Association for the Study of Obesity (SASO) & College of Family Practitioners Singapore (CFPS) in 2021. He also obtained the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine in 2022 and then complete his training as a Family Physician in 2023.
He is certified as LPA certificate issuer under Ministry of Social and Family Development and qualified tele consult/ remote medical service provider under Ministry of Health.

Dr Sin is a dedicated Family Physician who graduated from Sydney Medical School, University of Sydney, Australia in 2013. He subsequently completed his 4-year postgraduate training with SingHealth Family Medicine Residency Programme, attaining his Master of Medicine in Family Medicine from the National University of Singapore in 2018. He is a member of the College of Family Physicians Singapore and an accredited Family Physician with the Family Physician Accreditation Board.

Dr Sin has worked in various medical and surgical departments in acute care hospitals, including Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, ENT, and Emergency Medicine. He has also worked in the public and private primary care sector.

Offering comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages and with a deep commitment to patient-centered care, Dr Sin takes the time to listen to each patient’s concerns and to develop tailored treatment plans that align with their individual health goals.
