ACUTE CONDITIONS
We provide acute condition treatment which include acute respiratory illness , gastroenteritis, dermatitis , conjunctivitis , abnormal menstruation , acute urinary symptoms , per rectal bleeding , insomnia , low mood , chest pain , headache, limbs injury , knee pain , back pain, etc. An acute condition is one which comes on suddenly and may be severe in onset. Acute conditions usually last for a limited time span as they have the capacity to improve and recover with the correct treatment. Much of the recovery from an acute condition may be due to the natural healing process but correct treatment will hasten, and help to ensure, a full recovery.
CHRONIC CONDITIONS
Chronic diseases are defined broadly as conditions that last 1 year or more and require ongoing medical attention or limit activities of daily living or both. This include diabetes , hypertension , ischemic heart disease , asthma , eczema , osteoarthritis, allergic rhinitis , rheumatoid arthritis, dyslipidemia , GERD , irritable bowel syndrome, gout , etc. We provide personalised chronic disease care with holistic approach to our patients.

We provide variety of health screening with affordable price which include general health screening, pre marital screening , fertility screening , etc
We also provide medical check up for long term visit pass, domestic worker, work permit , E-pass, S-pass, PR application, driving license , pre-employment, etc
VACCINATION
We provide childhood and adult vaccination recommend under National childhood immunisation schedule and national adult immunisation schedule. We also provide travel vaccine , shingles vaccine and dengue vaccine.
SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASE SCREENING AND MANAGEMENT
We provide sexual-transmitted disease screening and treatment. We also provide sexual-transmitted disease consult and prophylaxis eg: HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP).
WOMEN'S AND MEN'S HEALTH
We provide consultation and management on conditions and disease related to women’s and men’s health which include abnormal menstruation, lower genital tract infection , vulva abscess, sexual dysfunction , erectile dysfunction,

LASTING POWER ATTORNEY AND ADVANCE MEDICAL DIRECTIVE
Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is a legal document which allows a person who is at least 21 years of age ('Donor'), to voluntarily appoint one or more persons ('Donee(s)') to make decisions and act on his/her behalf if he/she loses mental capacity one day. A Donee can be appointed to act in the two broad areas of personal welfare and property & affairs matters.
An Advance Medical Directive (AMD) is a legal document that you sign in advance to inform the doctor treating you (in the event you become terminally ill and unconscious) that you do not want any extraordinary life-sustaining treatment to be used to prolong your life.
You can get your Advance Medical Directive (AMD) and Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) certified in our clinic.our clinic.
ELDERLY CARE
We provide consultation and treatment on geriatric condition which include osteoporosis, dementia, urinary incontinence, malnutrition, etc.
MINOR SURGERY
We provide minor surgery in clinic settings which include ingrown toenail treatment, corn paring , removal of impacted earwax , incision and drainage, wound dressing , toilet and suture , removal of stitches , etc.
CHILD HEALTH
We provide service for paediatric condition management , childhood developmental screening and childhood vaccination.
